Tone Generatorfor PTA (developed by ONAIR Lab, Yonsei University Wonju Severance Christian Hospital) is a pure-tone generator app designed for hearing-related research and headphone calibration purposes.

Information We Collect

This app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

No account creation or login is required.
No personal identifiers (name, email, location, contacts, etc.) are collected.
Presets (frequency/level settings) and the name of the connected headphone are stored locally on your device only, using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This data is never sent anywhere.
Bluetooth is used solely to detect and output audio to a connected headphone. No Bluetooth data is collected or shared.

Third-Party Services

This app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Retention & Deletion

All locally stored data (presets) can be removed at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect any information from children, as it does not collect personal information from any user.

Intended Use

This app is intended as a research and calibration tool for academic/clinical hearing research. It is not a medical diagnostic device and should not be used as a substitute for professional audiometric testing.

Tone Generator for PTA는 연세대학교 원주세브란스기독병원 ONAIR Lab에서 개발한 순음(pure tone) 생성 어플리케이션으로, 청력 관련 연구 및 헤드폰 캘리브레이션 목적으로 제작되었습니다.

수집하는 정보

본 앱은 외부 서버로 개인정보를 수집, 전송, 저장하지 않습니다.

회원가입이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.
이름, 이메일, 위치, 연락처 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
Preset(주파수/레벨 설정)과 연결된 헤드폰 이름은 iOS 표준 저장 방식(UserDefaults)을 통해 기기 내에만 저장되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
Bluetooth는 연결된 헤드폰을 감지하고 오디오를 출력하는 용도로만 사용되며, 관련 데이터를 수집하거나 공유하지 않습니다.

제3자 서비스

본 앱은 광고, 분석(애널리틱스), 추적 관련 제3자 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

데이터 보관 및 삭제

기기 내에 저장된 모든 데이터(preset 등)는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

아동 개인정보보호

본 앱은 어떤 사용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 아동의 개인정보 또한 수집하지 않습니다.

사용 목적

본 앱은 학술/임상 청력 연구를 위한 연구 및 캘리브레이션 도구이며, 의료 진단 기기가 아닙니다. 전문적인 청력검사를 대체하는 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
